RETURN
CONDITIONS
You can start a return within 14 days after receiving the order.
We do not accept returns of underwear. Damaged items or with any marks of usage can’t be returned. Once we receive your order in our warehouse, it goes through an inspection process. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return. We will not accept returns in bad condition. We will not issue a refund or send the item.
Preferably, the returns should be sent back in the original packaging but please make sure to remove all the original shipping labels. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
DAMAGED ITEM
In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged item, please contact our customer support at: help@punch-oh.com
REFUND
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5 to 8 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. We will notify you by email as soon as we have issued your refund.
RETURNS FEE
In the case of a return, we ask our clients to send us an email at help@punch-oh.com, mentioning the order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive a pre-filled document to be included in your return package.
You may use the courier of your choice; however, PUNCH-OH! is not responsible for any delivery charges, and we do not refund shipping costs.

EXGANGE
CONDITIONS
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to change the size or product, you will need to return the current item in the conditions mentioned above and repurchase the desired product.
