WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME

At PUNCH-OH, there are only have two sizes:
1 - Smaller
2 - Bigger
If you wear from XS to M we recommend that you wear size 1. From size L to XL we recommend size 2. The fits are oversized and gender-neutral.

HOW TO CARE MY GARMENTS?

Washing your clothes after each use is more about habit than hygiene, and mostly it isn’t necessary. Many garments just need to be aired to be ready for another fight. It’s not unhygienic, it’s responsible wash less and think more about our planet.

Wash Properly

Follow carefully the washing instructions on the label of each item, they’ve been create to keep your clothes in great shape for as long as possible.

Pieces with customization such as embroidery or prints should always be washed inside out to preserve the colors and definition of the design for longer.

We don't recommend dry-cleaning any of our PUNCH-OH! garments.

Ironing

Most garments don't need ironing if you wash on lower cycle and stretch them when they come out of the washing machine and hang the garment to dry.

If the garments do need ironing, please follow the instructions on the label of each item, and this way you will know the maximum iron temperature that can be used.

Customized garments with prints should always be ironed inside out.

HOW IT'S MADE?

At PUNCH-OH! we are deeply committed to sustainability in the fashion world. We believe that we can transform what already exists to create something new and meaningful. We use several processes in our production, but we proudly focus on Upcycling and Death Stock.

Upcycling involves using old materials or clothing items and transforming them into new pieces with a fresh look.

The concept of dead stock refers to materials and fabrics that were discarded or leftover from previous productions by other brands. By incorporating these materials into PUNCH-OH!'s collections, we prevent them from becoming waste and give them a new life.

By choosing to adopt these practices at PUNCH-OH!, we want to actively contribute to the preservation of our planet. Each piece created through upcycling or death stock represents a small victory in the fight against waste and excessive consumption, promoting a more conscious and sustainable fashion. This way, we are also able to create exclusive and limited collections.

All collections are proudly created and developed in Portugal.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Additional charges related to import customs may apply for shipments to the following countries and regions: America, Albania, Armenia, Canary Islands, Bouvet Island, Ceuta, Melilla, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, and Ukraine.

The carrier will notify the customer, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges. For any questions regarding customs clearance, please reach out to our Luchador at help@punch-oh.com

CAN I UPDATE THE DELIVERY METHOD?

The delivery method cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cancellations or modifycations.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with the tracking information, which will help you follow the delivery process.

I WILL NOT BE AT HOME, HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER?

First: Don't worry!

Second: In case the order isn’t successfully delivered in the first attempt there will most likely be  a second one.
